Testimonials

The crew who replaced our old deck did an incredible job. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They kept on schedule even with some rot found on the house (which they were able to repair quickly at a very affordable cost). The yard/worksite was kept neat and tidy at the end of the day and they were on time at the start of the next.

Absolutely superior service. The entire team knows what they are doing, are efficient, have a commitment to customer service and their skills are unmatched. My GC tried to get me to use their friends but after talking to the team at Three Rivers, I knew they were the one. My GC gave them the worst time, but they were always professional and let me tell you, this Trex deck is perfection. Thank you so very much to Three Rivers for their impeccable attention to details. If you have a deck, these are your people.

We are very pleased with the work that Three Rivers did for us and the deck turned out great. There were some hurdles in communication transitioning from sales to the builders but Dave did an outstanding job laying everything out and working towards solutions we were happy with. We’d highly recommend them for anyone looking at a deck project.

FAQs About Custom Decks in Lake Oswego

How Long Does It Take To Build a Deck?

Since each of our custom outdoor living spaces is a customized project, the timeline for completion can vary depending on several factors, such as:

The complexity of the design
The size and scope of the project
Availability of materials
Permitting delays for more intricate builds
And more

In our custom quote, we’ll provide a clear and honest estimate of the timeline. We respect both your time and ours, and our goal is to complete your project as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality. Contact us today to schedule a free consultation.

What Decking Material Should I Choose for My Project?

The material you choose for your custom deck comes down to personal preference. Some people imagine a natural retreat with a rich mahogany deck as the focal point, while others opt for the modern, low-maintenance benefits of composite decking, which stands up well to Lake Oswego’s rain and heat.

Our experienced design team is here to help you evaluate the pros and cons of various decking materials and explore all your options. Contact us today to get started.

Will a Custom Deck Increase the Value of My Home?

Yes! Adding an outdoor living space can increase your home’s resale value by expanding usable square footage and enhancing its overall appeal.

A thoughtfully designed outdoor area—like a patio, deck, or landscaped garden—serves as an attractive extension of your living space. This not only makes your property more appealing but also helps it stand out in the competitive real estate market.

How Much Does a Custom Deck in Lake Oswego Cost?

The cost of an outdoor living renovation in Lake Oswego can vary based on several factors because each project is customized to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

For a custom deck in Lake Oswego, you can expect the price to range from $50 to $150 per square foot. However, adding additional features like outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, or pergolas will naturally increase the overall cost.
