Three Rivers built me the deck of dreams! My old wooden deck, about 6 feet off the ground, was at least 5 years past needing to be replaced. When I was ready to make the investment, I knew I wanted to go with TimbertechⓇ instead of wood, and I also wanted to put in a hot tub, sunken into the deck. I wasn’t sure about the design, and whether I would extend the deck to add more space for the hot tub, whether to add a pergola, a privacy wall, and/or built-in benches. There was a lot to talk about around the design and the features, and I really appreciate the time spent by the whole crew from start to finish to make sure I was happy with every choice. Matt came out and explained the process, provided drawings, material options, pricing, and answered all of my questions. The team was very patient with the changes I kept making and adjusted the overall dimensions, the hot tub location, adding and then removing built-in benches, etc. I probably changed the design 3 or 4 times before finalizing it. The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. I appreciated their attention to detail and how much they cared about making the deck exactly as I wanted it. It turned out great! It’s beautiful, modern, and a real outdoor sanctuary! I love it! I will definitely be recommending Three Rivers Custom Decks to anyone looking to have a deck built!

Dave and his crew did an outstanding job. Dave communicated frequently and listened to our input. The crew was wonderful and cleaned up when done (not all our contractors have done that). Our deck is over 50' tall and was unsafe. Stairs were wobbly, pickets were loose, railings shook. (see last photo below) Three Rivers Decks' engineers evaluated the work and recommended the best course of action at the most reasonable cost. The work included replacing rotted wood posts with steel, replacing rotting slats with Trek, removing one set of stairs, and repairing the other. All was done efficiently, and the result is a beautiful and safer new deck.
