We were in the process of selling our home when it was discovered that we needed a better railing around the existing deck. For the deal to close on the home, we needed the work completed and inspected by the County within 10 days. Three Rivers was the only company which gave us the confidence that the work would be completed on time and within the budget. From the office staff to the crew which showed up at the job site, all were above the average standard for such a job. They were polite, fast, knowledgeable, and caring about the work being completed on time. They finished the work within the 10 days from first speaking with the office. We are totally satisfied with all of the people involved in the project.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Jim, Dustin, and his crew did with our project. Jim was very professional and promptly provided us with a detailed overview of the project as well as a fair estimate for the amount of work that we were requesting. Jim Gates–the owner and his crew were great to work with. The project was huge– around 1000 square feet. Jim was thoughtful, helpful and patient–never complained about my endless questions and concerns about every detail. We thought the price was high–I thought I would faint!–until we saw the time and effort Three Rivers gave to make the deck just beautiful. Three Rivers designed and installed a beautiful 900sf custom deck for the rear of our home. The Three Rivers team was great! Amazing crew of professionals. Get this … this project came in on time and except for changes in plans … ON BUDGET. From everything I’ve read and heard this may be a remodeling first. We made several changes in the course of the construction based on recommendations from their engineer or our own change of heart. This did not delay the project and every change was completed quickly. Can’t say enough about this company. I’d use them again in a minute.

We had Three Rivers install a TimberTech deck for us several years ago. We noticed that there was a white stain starting to form on some of our deck and we contacted Three Rivers. From that time on, Three Rivers took care of EVERYTHING! Later they contacted us to inform us that they would be installing a completely new deck at our location with absolutely no cost to us.
